Gaming: PlayStation’s virtual reality headset is coming in February… Find out its price!

Revealed a few months ago, PlayStation today announced the release date and price of its virtual reality headset: the PS VR2. You can also prepare for it, it is not cheap.

After months of trickle-down information, we now know a lot more about Sony’s new PlayStation VR2 headset for PS5, including its launch bundles, release date and price. This last element will undoubtedly be the most controversial. Sony revealed on Wednesday that PS VR 2 will cost almost €600, which is €50 more than the PS5 itself required to make it work. Expected release on February 22, 2023.

And despite the €600 price tag, itself higher than the original PS VR bundle for PS4, which cost €400 when it launched in 2016, you won’t get any games included in the box.
