Bitcoin (BTC) was able to take a small bounce but at the time of writing, it still falls lower than the price 24 hours ago. Altcoins have had it worse in the last 24 hours. This crypto also tanked first, but then made a less strong bounce. As a result, most altcoins turn negative again and the total market capitalization of all cryptocurrencies drops to $2.07 trillion this morning.

Ethereal
Ethereum (ETH) lost traction at $3,200 yesterday, then crashed to $3,020. Subsequently, Ether price also bounced slightly, but soon found too much resistance near $3,160 and then fell back. Ether was subsequently able to recover to $3,150 but failed to break through and fell back to $3,100 this morning. Ether now appears to be rising slightly, but the question is whether this will last.
I personally keep the divergences on the daily chart for accuracy, with that being said, I see a bullish divergence on the HR 4 #ethereal graphic. Rebound in the next few days? Lots of overhead resistance. pic.twitter.com/qFdDsigIvk

binance coin solana and cardano
Binance Coin (BNB) follows a similar pattern but fell harder. BNB price first plunged yesterday from 455 to 420, down 7.7%, and then consolidated overnight around $430. Solana (SOL), which rose strongly yesterday morning, also fell last night, then it bounced, but continued to fall through the night. SOL is down 3.5% today to $140. We see the same pattern for cardano (ADA) which fell to 1.14, then bounced but continued to fall overnight to $1.17, a 5.5% loss.

polka dots and earth
In particular, polkadot (DOT) has seen less severe changes in the last 24 hours and is the fastest growing of the 10 largest cryptocurrencies at the time of writing. DOT just shot up from $23.8 to $24.8, up 4.2% in an hour, but now seems to be hitting resistance here. Terra (LUNA), on the other hand, has yet to find resistance, making it the only price that is in the positive position compared to 24 hours ago in the top 10. LUNA price is up 5% this tomorrow at $73.
link of the chain
Just outside the top 10, chainlink (LINK) continues to rise. LINK has been on the rise since the turn of the year and is now up 5% and now up 32% compared to a week ago. This increase is accompanied by strong fluctuations in price and volume. LINK is trading above $27 this morning after falling to $19 on New Year’s Eve.
Detection of a large confluence in $LINK
– Eric Schmidt joins as advisor
– CCIP & Strike in 2022
– Bottom pattern against BTC and ETH
– The foundation stopped the weekly dumping
– Powering literally 1,000+ apps with over 90% market share on each chain pic.twitter.com/znGcUg2lNg— Andrew Kang (¤, ¤) (@Rewkang) January 8, 2022
internet computer
Then we have another notable rise in the market today: Internet Computer (ICP). The ICP has been in an uptrend since December 20, although there was still a significant drop between this week. However, the ICP is today at no less than 8% in the plus and even 38% compared to a week ago. ICP costs $35.5 at the time of this writing.

Top 100 of the hardest fallers
Despite this, most prices in the top 100 are in the red today, with a large number more than 5% at the bottom. Zcash (ZEC) rose sharply yesterday but has lost it again and is up 10% today at the low. Close (NEAR) rose strongly in late December but is down 10.5% today. That also applies to fantom (FTM), which is even down 11% today. The biggest loser in the top 100 today is the oasis network (ROSE), which is down 13% in the last 24 hours. It is striking that the three cryptocurrencies are still 35% higher compared to a month ago.
I mean, @CryptoKaleo it is true that some have already corrected close to those. #bitcoin -41%#ethereal -38%#solarium – 49%#cardano – 63%#litecoin – 75%#link of the chain -75%#AAVE – 75%#doge – 83%#shiba – 70%#point – 58% https://t.co/HVJAhISfxj
